Her biography Agnes Martin: Her Life and Art is a spectacular read as well.

This is a small way to own a lovely piece of his work.

gift end

If you aren’t in the mood to spend money, then spend time. Create. Write something from the heart. A letter, a poem, a story. Find a favorite book on your shelf, inscribe a note. Bake something special. Sketch a place you’ve been. Knit a blanket. Forage some flowers and place in a found old vase. If your intention comes from the heart it is sure to be a beautiful and beloved gift- no guide needed.

  1. Those mugs caught my eye; the list is a gift. And speaking of gifts: I copied your mother’s chocolate cake recipe–one can’t have too many chocolate recipes–and will try it tonight. Thanks, Kristin
